the location worked wonderfully, especially for exploring nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast offered fresh fruit and hot items each morning. i found the staff to be helpful, particularly with directions and local recommendations.
the elevator service was a bit slow at times.

The location offers easy access to Fisherman's Wharf.. We walked there in about fifteen minutes. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choices and refills. The hotel staff were friendly, and they answered our questions quickly. Underground parking was gated and gave us in and out privileges.
The room lacked a refrigerator, hindering our ability to store drinks and snacks.

I appreciate the hotel's location as its near the wharf and restaurants. The breakfast was simple, easy, and good with kids. The rooms were clean also and public transport to move around the city was close. I would certainly recommend it.
The wifi connection had poor performance. I observed that a fire alarm went off in the night.
